Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a full-bodied, rich wine with characteristic Cabernet nose and fruit. A strong but ripe tannin backbone is balanced out by 18 months in medium-toasted French and American oak cooperage. This brings out hints of vanilla, cherries and the classic Cabernet nose.The grapes are from Ron Harris’s Indian Valley Vineyards in North Paso Robles on the California Central Coast region. Drink it now or hold it for years; it will age nicely.
